Attorney Profiles

In practice for more than 20 years and licensed in both Colorado and California, Margo has extensive commercial and transactional experience.  She has worked in both in-house corporate and law firm practices and deeply understands their needs. Most recently, Margo was an Associate General Counsel at Wiland, Inc., a marketing cooperative database and data analytics company.  She also has extensive experience in software licensing, Cloud/software-as-a-service (SaaS), and with many types of commercial transactions and agreements across a range of industries.

Margo has a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.   Additionally, Margo is CIPP/US certified (applicable to data privacy matters).

In her free time, Margo enjoys rooting for Pittsburgh's sports teams and, as a Colorado transplant, she loves snowboarding, skiing, and hiking with her dogs in this beautiful state!
